Project Brief – Cake Shop/Bakery Installation
WonderFloors was commissioned to complete a full flooring installation for a brand-new cake shop and bakery located in the heart of Gosport, delivering both a visually striking customer area and a highly functional back-of-house workspace.
Front of House – Eye-Catching Resin Feature Floor
The front of house was transformed with a stunning, high-gloss metallic resin floor in vibrant shades of pink and purple. The swirling marble-effect finish brings a bold, modern aesthetic that perfectly complements the shop’s branding and interior colour palette. This seamless resin surface creates an inviting, memorable first impression for customers while offering durability and easy maintenance.
Back of House – Heavy-Duty Kitchen Upgrade
Behind the scenes, the existing subfloor was first stripped back and fully prepared, as shown in the build-stage images. WonderFloors then installed a high-performance, slip-resistant commercial quartz based system in the kitchen and preparation areas. This flooring is designed specifically for food production environments—offering hygiene, safety, and long-term durability.
